I'm Aoife, a midwife based in Co Mayo where I provide a range of professional midwifery services. I specialise in one-to-one, bespoke education sessions and support.
I offer a range of classes and support including both antenatal (before baby's arrival) and postnatal (after baby's arrival) sessions.
I have also completed specialised postgraduate training in Perinatal Bereavement and Loss and provide support sessions in this area.
